Our Promise

Your security is important to us, which is why we never keep your files. During transcription, your data (audio files, documents etc.) is downloaded onto an encrypted external hard drive in the office and protected at all times. As soon as your project is complete to your satisfaction, these files are permanently deleted from our system.
